Host Families Needed - US Department of State Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program

Host Families are urgently needed for teenage exchange students for the upcoming school year. There are 2 young men from Pakistan that are in need of a host family. They won a scholarship from the Department of State to come and study in a local high school in the USA for a year.  The teens speak English, are covered by insurance and have spending money for personal expenses. Host families/parents provide a bed, meals, as well as friendship, and a genuine desire to share the American way of life.

Department of State families are diverse! Two-parent families- with or without children-, single parents or adults, and retired couples all make wonderful host families. The teens hope to arrive this August to attend local high schools.

We need a host family as soon possible or the students will not be able to come.  These are some of Pakistan brightest young people!  So let’s not disappoint them.
